Christmas FM Radio Station
Christmas FM is a non-profit temporary radio station that broadcasts for 30 days during the Christmas season to Ireland and globally online and via apps. Since 2008, this volunteer-led station has raised over 1 million Euro for charity partners. With a staff of around 100 volunteers, it offers a 24-hour service from November 28th to December 26th. The station's content is music-centric with a festive touch, aiming to encapsulate the 'Magic of Christmas'.
The app features a display of the current playing track with large album art, lock screen album art, playlist history, song rating, Apple CarPlay support, in-car song info via Bluetooth, live social media feeds, an alarm clock function, and multiple streams including Christmas FM, Classic Christmas FM, Classical Christmas FM, and North Pole.
